Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to RodentLab dog dental-care products purchased at rodentlab.com.
Where we ship
RodentLab ships to the countries and regions offered as available during checkout. If checkout does not accept a destination, we cannot promise delivery there.
Order processing
Orders are normally processed within 1–2 business days, Monday through Friday excluding public holidays. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery methods, timing and cost
- United States standard tracked shipping: $7.99 for orders below $129.00.
- International standard tracked shipping: $9.99 for orders below $129.00.
- Free standard tracked shipping: orders of $129.00 or more.
- Estimated transit time: normally 5–8 business days after dispatch, subject to destination, customs and carrier conditions.
We do not currently offer express shipping. Tracking details are emailed after dispatch when tracking is available. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Customs, duties and taxes
RodentLab does not collect import duties, customs fees or local import taxes unless checkout expressly says otherwise. Any such charges imposed by the destination country or region are the recipient’s responsibility.
Address changes
Contact support@rodentlab.com as soon as possible if a shipping address must be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfilment. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address.
Delayed, missing or damaged parcels
If tracking does not update, the parcel is later than the displayed estimate, or the package arrives damaged, contact support@rodentlab.com with the order number and relevant photographs. We will review the shipment with the carrier and provide replacement or refund support when appropriate. Visible shipping damage should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
