Dog dental-care product
RodentLab’s ultrasonic dental cleaner is intended only for gradual at-home care of visible hard surface tartar on dogs. It is not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, anaesthesia, professional dental cleaning or treatment. Do not use the device on gums, soft tissue, loose teeth, damaged enamel or painful areas. Stop use and seek veterinary advice if a dog shows pain, bleeding, swelling, severe distress or signs of oral disease.
Orders and payment
Product availability, prices and accepted payment methods are displayed during checkout. Prices are shown in USD unless checkout displays another supported local currency. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing, shipping and contact information. We may refuse or cancel an order when necessary to address fraud, pricing errors, unavailable stock or legal restrictions; any captured payment for a cancelled order will be refunded.
Shipping
Processing times, available destinations, delivery estimates, costs, customs responsibilities and delay procedures are described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Returns and guarantee
Unused-product returns and the separate 60-day results-based guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy. Results vary, and approval requires compliance with the published policy and product instructions.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep product descriptions, prices, images and availability accurate. We may correct genuine errors or omissions and will notify affected customers when appropriate.
Intellectual property
RodentLab names, site text, graphics, product images and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, republish or commercially exploit them without permission.
